GOS Weekly Programs for Kids are a unique option to support learning and healthy development on all the metrics: social & emotional, cognitive & academic, physical & developmental.  Yup - it does it all :)  Full Outdoor & Nature immersion, responsive mentorship, and a committment to meeting kids where they are at. 

Most GOS Weekly Programs run during school hours and are a common-sense alternative and complement to whatever your child's week looks like - in the classroom, online/remote or home/un-schooled.

Register Any Time:  Children and families are welcome to join our sessions as late as mid-trimester and fees are automatically pro-rated to reflect sessions missed, and sessions remaining. 

To ensure a spot for the year, consider purchasing all three trimesters at once.

Our flexible instalment plans allow for a range of options to suit your family's budget.

A one-time annual membership fee of $35 is required for each participant as an investment in the long-term viability and quality of these essential programs for kids. Memberships are valid for one full year from date of purchase. 

Waitlists: If the program you want is full, add yourself to the waitlist and we'll be in touch if/as soon as space becomes available.

 
Trial Sessions: On the fence? Try our program for up to two consecutive weeks without further commitment. Simply register, and if the program isn’t a fit, GOS will provide a full refund minus fees for the days attended.  Once a third session is attended, we consider a registration fee to be final for the chosen trimester.

Cancellation Policy: Should a cancellation be requested before a program start, we can offer a full refund minus the deposit paid at time of purchase to recover administrative fees.  After 3 weeks of attendance, committment to fees is considered final, and GOS is not obligated to offer refunds or credits for that trimester.

Program changes: Changes from one program to another are charged 6% of the cost of the program to recover the associated administration fees.

GOS is not responsible for issuing refunds when programs are cancelled due to inclement weather, or circumstances out of our control. If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment, tuition will be fully refundable or transferable.
