By continuing, you enter the registration process at The Music School of Delaware. You acknowledge and agree that, while reasonable efforts will be made to: (i) match students with appropriate instructors based on instrument, level, availability, and requested day/time; and (ii) offer and operate scheduled lessons, classes, workshops, and ensembles; such efforts do not constitute a guarantee of placement, scheduling, or program delivery.

Availability of instructors, lesson times, and program offerings may vary and may not align with your preferences or initial selection. Requested lesson days/times, instructors, instruments, or locations may not be available. Classes, workshops, or ensembles may not meet minimum enrollment requirements and therefore may be modified, rescheduled, combined, relocated, or canceled at the sole discretion of the organization.

The organization reserves the right to make changes to instructors, schedules, formats, locations, and program offerings at any time, with or without prior notice, as circumstances require.

You will be notified when a placement or offering is confirmed. In the event that your selected lesson, class, workshop, or ensemble is unavailable or does not proceed, the organization may, but is not obligated to, offer reasonable alternatives. If no suitable alternative is available or accepted, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable policies.

Nothing in this registration shall be construed as a guarantee of services, outcomes, instructor assignment, scheduling, or program continuity.
