Description:

This course is for students who want to take their Swedish writing, speaking, and comprehension skills to the next level. We are working according to the plan of Skolverket and besides the language skills, we will also develop a better understanding of Swedish geography, history, culture, as well as the traditions such as Lucia, Easter, Midsummer, and Fettisdagen. This program receives a yearly grant from Skolverket in Sweden. Students should bring a snack to class.

Parents are expected to attend our annul Multilingual Workshop on September 21.

Required age: 5 - 13 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: August 25, 2026 - May 25, 2027 Fall semester 8/25/26 - 12/8/26. Spring semester 1/5/27 - 5/25/27. No class on 11/24/26, 4/6/27. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS LATE PICKUP - I understand that a late pickup fee of $50 will be applied for pickups that occur after the scheduled end time of our programs. You will receive an email after the late pick up occurs. If you have chosen to pay in installments, a late pick up fee will be added to the next one. Otherwise, you will receive a separate invoice.  Important Information: In the event of instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances, a class may need to be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding that make-up sessions are not offered in such cases. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions to the schedule.

Prerequisites: It is necessary that students understand and speak Swedish upon enrollment.
