Description:
This course is a continuation for students who have been studying in the Advanced class with Ed, or for those who have studied Finnish for at least three years and reached a solid level of both spoken and written skills. To join, students should have achieved at least a B1/B2 level in Finnish. The focus of the course is to further develop conversational skills, build fluency, and strengthen comprehension.Students work on expressing themselves using more complex sentence structures and a broader vocabulary, both in speech and writing. The course is tailored to the needs of the participants, and grammar will be introduced or reviewed as needed—particularly when questions or challenges arise in communication. Content is often drawn from current events, literature, or authentic materials, encouraging deeper engagement with the language and culture.

Notes: Textbook: No textbook is used in this course. Instead, class materials include articles, podcasts, and other tailored resources.
Prerequisites: Finnish B2 level (CEFR scale). If you are unsure of your language skills level, please take the placement test on our website.
