Description:
This Beginner course is for students who started the Beginner 1A/B with Bradly last year. The course emphasizes foundational skills in pronunciation, grammar, and everyday communication, enabling the students to engage in simple daily interactions such as greetings and introductions. The curriculum also integrates cultural insights, providing learners with an understanding of Norwegian society and traditions. By the end of the course, students can continue to Norwegian Beginner 1B. Overall focus: Verb forms, connectors, daily routines, object marking Areas Content Overview Communicative themes Daily routines, food, shopping, everyday activities Grammar focus • Infinitive forms and markers • -ing form • Frequency adverbials • Irregular verbs (present tense) • Conjunctions and som • Object pronouns • Double pronouns Pronunciation & listening Diphthongs, silent consonants, listening comprehension Reading & vocabulary Functional texts related to food, routines, and daily life Speaking & interaction Describing daily activities and preferences
