Refine your photography skills by diving into this monthly class Photographing People. We will play with different styles of photography while working towards a portfolio that reflects your personal style.

Key topics include:

• Playing with lighting
• Composition
• Mastering your gear
• Color vs B+W
• How to create a portfolio on Behance

Students will be encouraged to take photos between the monthly classes, but are not required to attend all classes. By the end of the monthly series, the student will have a digital portfolio of their work to showcase their personal style.

Required Gear: Smartphone, DSLR, Mirrorless Camera, or Compact Camera. Students are asked to review the basic functions of their gear before class. Please bring your manual for your device for specific guidance for your gear. The spirit of this class will be about taking pictures of people in this lab setting.

Students bring to class:DLS or phone camera, a laptop to edit photos using Lightroom and photoshop.​​​​​​​
