Description:

Learn the fundamentals of creating your own comic strip or webcomic in this hands-on course! You'll gain complete creative control over both the writing and drawing of your work, from character design to final inking. Through exercises and practical assignments, you'll master the art of consistent character proportions, thumbnailing, and developing your own unique comic style. Students will also explore joke structure, pacing, and the assembly-line process of comic strip production, leaving with the tools and confidence to create polished, professional work.

By the end of the course, you'll have created your own comic strips, gained feedback on your work, and learned how to bring your ideas to life. With a focus on experimentation, personal style, and independent creation, this course provides everything you need to start producing your own comics, whether for fun or to share with others.
