Upon completion of activity registration, client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy

No refunds on missed classes
No refunds on classes cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances (weather, building emergency, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions etc)
No refunds on costume deposits, recital, competition or choreography fees.
No refunds on registration/administration fees

Participation Agreement:

In the event that services be cancelled due to governments shutdown, Wonderland Dance Company will provide the best possible online services they can provide for up to 14 days. Should the lockdown continue past 14 days, missed classes will be rolled over and added to the end of the dance term.

Wonderland Dance Company is not responsible for any injury/illness (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death) of any kind, that may be experienced in connection with participation in WDC programming.

Dance classes may include, without limitation, dancing with props, stretching, barre work, across the floor combinations, dance routines in the center, and other related activities.

All of the activities of the dance class involve some degree of risk of strain or bodily injury.

Wonderland Dance Company is not responsible for the following:

Loss or damage to personal property
Personal injury or bodily harm sustained on the premises.

I agree to adhere to all the operational policies including:

I agree to be responsible for reading studio correspondence and respecting deadlines, if applicable.

Wonderland Dance Company has the right to make changes to the schedule and/or faculty as the organization sees fit.

Please note the following guidelines regarding all classes:

1. We request that students carefully observe the WDC class dress code. Students not adhering to the dress code may be asked not to participate in class. Jewelry, such as dangling earrings, necklaces and bracelets are not permitted in class.

2. Please make every effort to attend class. Regular attendance is necessary in order for any student to achieve maximum success. There will be no refunds for missed classes, however missed classes can be made up, providing there is another similar/suitable class in the regular schedule.

3. Any student arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to class. If a late arrival cannot be avoided please inform the Wonderland staff via email or phone.

4. All students are encouraged not to leave the room once class has begun. Please allow for appropriate restroom use prior to class. Very young children will be treated sensitively as the need arises.

5. Preschool children may need a parent’s attention from time to time for various reasons including bathroom or behavior issues. Please do not leave the waiting room when very young children are in class without informing the office or having another parent responsible during your absence. We make every effort to have all children feel safe and cared for in a loving and inspiring learning environment.

6. School age children and teens: please practice respect. Students are not to be socializing in a disruptive manner during the class with other students. Please honor your teacher and fellow students by giving your full attention and co-operation. You will be advised if we feel any student is not well adjusted to the classroom environment for any reason over time. There is ZERO-TOLERANCE BULLYING POLICY in effect at WDC.

7. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the studio class rooms, water bottles with a tight fitting lid are permitted. Students may eat in the common area and lobby provided they clean/pick up after themselves. Please note: Wonderland Dance Company is a nut free facility.

8. During class if a student complains of being ill, or sustains an injury and cannot participate, a faculty member will send them to the front desk where the parents will be notified if not on the premises.

9. Only students with a pre-existing sickness/injury are allowed to observe class. The parents must notify the front desk if a student is to observe class.

10. Parents and guests may only view class during appointed viewing time or with faculty member permission.

11. In cases where classes must be cancelled due to inclement weather, students/parents will be notified via email. All updates will be sent by 4pm. * No refunds on classes cancelled due to bad weather/natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
