Description:
The lessons will focus on the following skills: -proper forward skating to get speed and long glides -sculling -one and two foot glides in various positions (balance) -pop jumps -slalom gliding -stopping -quick starts -turns and crossovers -backward skating introducing the above skills backwards.
Coaches are there to help the Children at all levels become better at their skill level.
