For all double occupancy packages roomates can only be garunteed if you regester together.

• Lodging registration includes two nights lodging in Blue Ridge Center, Asheville Hall, or Abbott Hall(economy rate), meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch and facility fees. $100 deposit or Payment in full required.
• Commuter registration includes meals and facility fees. You will have the option to choose meals for only the days are you attending the conference. Payment in full required.
• Rates are per person.
• Registrations require a minimum deposit of $100.00 for lodging packages, and full payment for commuters.
• If reservations are cancelled prior to April 10th, deposits are refundable.
• Registration will close May 2nd or when lodging spaces are full.
• All balances are due upon arrival. Balance may be paid by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments.
