Total Body Sculpt is a muscle-toning class. We focus on improving core strength, increasing flexibility, and burning calories by guiding you through a range of traditional and non-traditional weight training exercises. This sculpting class uses body weight, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets to tighten and tone all areas. A challenging yet easy to follow workout that is suitable for all ages.

Notes : The Winter 2025 Session will run from January 4, 2025 to May 16, 2025. There will be no classes from Feb 15 - 21 and April 18 to 25. Program Refund Policy Pro-rated Program refunds are permitted up to and including the second class for Fitness, Adult, and Children's programs. To request a refund email programs@aecaregina.com stating the reason for the refund request or call 306-525-3401-Box 2. All refunds are subject to a $20.00 administration fee. After the second class, a participant withdrawal refund will be considered on an individual basis. Refunds will not be issued for amounts less than $10.
