Coffee, Cocoa & Clay: Garden Stakes Workshop | Saturday, May 2 | 10:00 am-12:00 pm|Ages 14+ Join us for an evening of creativity in our Coffee, Cocoa & Clay series! On Saturday May 2, participants will learn hand-building techniques to create five unique ceramic garden stakes, perfect for adding a personal touch to your summer garden. Led by Dionna Baker, this relaxed, social workshop invites you to enjoy your favorite beverage—coffee, tea, or cocoa—while exploring clay in a welcoming studio environment. Note: Finished pieces will be glazed at a later time during our Art Studio’s open hours. Your instructor will provide a designated timeframe and guidance for completing this step. Come create, unwind, and take home something handmade to enjoy for seasons to come! Program Policies: Refunds, Credits, and Scholarships While we’re unable to provide refunds, a class credit will be issued if a class is cancelled, which you can apply to other art classes or Open Studio sessions. If you or your child cannot attend due to illness (with a doctor’s note), we’re happy to offer a full class credit. For individual missed sessions in multi-week classes, we’re unable to provide credits, but you may choose to donate your credit to support children’s programming scholarships. We appreciate your understanding! Scholarships are available based on financial need, space, and funding. To apply, please click here or contact Christina Browning at christina@artcenterky.org or 859-236-4054. If you need special accommodations, please reach out at least 72 hours before the class start date at christina@artcenterky.org or (859) 236-4054.
