Adult Art Therapy | Thursday | 6-7:30 PM | Ages 14+

Participants will be assign different emotions to colors and create an abstract painting expressing their current emotional landscape. We will name and honor emotions as they arise, without needing to "fix" them. We will end with reiki. 

Program Policies: Refunds, Credits, and Scholarships

While we’re unable to provide refunds, a class credit will be issued if a class is cancelled, which you can apply to other art classes or Open Studio sessions. If you or your child cannot attend due to illness (with a doctor’s note), we’re happy to offer a full class credit. For individual missed sessions in multi-week classes, we’re unable to provide credits, but you may choose to donate your credit to support children’s programming scholarships. We appreciate your understanding!
