Description :
As summer begins to wane, join Lisa Dailey of Cultivation for a thoughtful look at how to wind down the growing season while setting the stage for what comes next. This class focuses on late-summer care, harvesting, container refreshes, and simple propagation techniques that extend the life of your plants and your garden’s beauty. Lisa will guide participants through assessing what has worked, what to adjust, and how to plan for early fall and future seasons. Topics include maintaining containers through heat and transition, saving plants and cuttings, and preparing soils and spaces for the months ahead. This session is ideal for gardeners who want to close the summer with intention, gratitude, and a clear path forward. Location: Private Residence. Address and details will be emailed to registered attendees closer to the event date. Lisa Dailey is a horticulturist who inherited her passion for gardening and nature from her mother and grandmother. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Georgia. Following college, Lisa worked for thirteen years in the consumer garden products division of Chevron/Ortho where she discovered her talent and enthusiasm for being an educator. She is energized to use her educational skills to share all that she has learned about gardening, landscape design, healthy soil, and botanical floral design over the past several decades. She is the founder of Cultivation.
