Camp Spirit 2025 registration is OPEN!  There is still one camp in WEEK 6 to be confirmed - stay tuned!

Registration for each week closes on the Thursday morning before.  Please email the office campspirit@united-church.ca and ask if there is space available.

Camp Spirit offers 2 payment options:

• Credit Card or Visa/MC debit card 
• Bursary

If paying by credit card or VISA/MC debit card, you will be prompted to submit your credit card information to complete your registration.

If you need to make arrangements for another form of payment, please contact the Camp Spirit office to discuss options.

We provide bursaries to assist campers who might not otherwise have the resources to attend Camp Spirit. If a bursary is required, click on the "Discounts" button on the camp details page. Remember the discount code you need from the pop up list. Enter the discount code in the code space on the first Your Order page, and click ADD.

Bursaries for 25% or 50% coverage of the camper fee are listed in the pop up.  If you require a 75% or 100% bursary, please contact us by email: campspirit@united-church.ca. If you need help with this step, or missed the discount codes, contact us at the Camp Spirit office and we will get you set up with the code you need. 

We ask that you request a maximum of 2 weeks of Camp Spirit bursaries for your child(ren). This will allow space for more children to experience at least 1 or 2 weeks of Camp Spirit.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received 30 days before the start date of registered Camp Spirit session will receive a full refund. 

• If you need to cancel in the 30 days leading up to your registered week, we would love to explore options with you (other dates, credit, refund, partial refund, un-used registration fee as donation to the Bursary fund, etc). You will be charged a $25.00 administration fee. 

• If you need to withdraw your Camper from Camp Spirit less than 7 days before your camp starts, please email our Camp Spirit Administrators if you require a refund. $25.00 administration fee will apply.

If Camp Spirit needs to cancel a camp offering, your registration can be transferred to any other week of your choice, kept on your account as a credit, donated to Camp Spirit, or refunded in full - up to you!
