Offering a variety of camps throughout the summer, designed with kids of all interests in mind! With a balanced schedule of physical and artistic activities, kids will have the chance to explore new skills, make friends, and stay active while they are out of school. 

Waitlist Notification: If you are on a waitlist and a spot opens, you'll receive an email and have 48 hours to register and pay in full, unless specified otherwise. 
Email Communication: To ensure you receive all registration updates and communications, please do not unsubscribe from the system.  
Summer Camp Refund Policy: The following policy applies to the cancellation for Summer camps.

  • A minimum $10 handling fee will be charged on all refund requests in addition to all service fees. 
  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days prior to the start date of camp will receive a 100% refund minus the $10 handling fee and all service fees.
  • Refund requests submitted 14-29 days prior to the start date of camp will receive a 50% refund minus $10 handling fee and all service fees.
  • Camp transfer requests submitted more than 30 days prior to the start of the program are dependent on program availability. Camp transfers requested less than 30 days prior to the start of the camp will not be accepted.
  • Refund requests submitted 13 days or less prior to start date will not receive a refund or transfer.

Community Scholarship Program: Qualified participants aged 25 and under may receive annual scholarships to assist with fees. Email Registration@RoswellGov.Com for more information. 

Payment Notice: Please note: a 3% processing fee will be applied to all electronic payments online or in person including credit card, debit card, online bank drafts (e-check). In the case of installment billing, the initial payment will include a 3% fee for the total amount. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing transactions and to ensure we can continue providing high-quality services to our community.
