Waitlist Notification: If you are on a waitlist and a spot opens, you will be notified via phone.

Email Communication: To ensure you receive all registration updates and communications, please do not unsubscribe from the system.  

Refund Policy: 

1. All refund requests will incur a minimum non-refundable handling fees.  Any processing fees incurred during registration are not refundable.
2. For programs that do not have evaluation or tryout periods, refund requests made within 7 days or less, before the program begins, will incur a fee of $25 or 25% of the registration fee, whichever is lower. No refunds will be issued once the program has started.
3. For programs that include evaluations or tryouts, a $25 fee will apply to refund requests made between the start of evaluations/tryouts and the date of participant placement into the program or team. No refunds will be issued once participant placement has been finalized

Payment Notice: Please note: a 3% processing fee will be applied to all electronic payments online or in person including credit card, debit card, online bank drafts (e-check). In the case of installment billing, the initial payment will include a 3% fee for the total amount. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing transactions and to ensure we can continue providing high-quality services to our community.

Community Scholarship Program: Qualified participants aged 25 and under may receive annual scholarships to assist with fees. Email Registration@RoswellGov.Com for more information.
