Come and practice your skills with our guidance. Open Lathe at DIYcave provides the perfect opportunity to spend a fun evening honing your skills at the time-honored DIY craft of wood turning. Develop the skills you learned in the Wood Lathe classes you have taken and begin turning wood in true Maker fashion.

Bring your own project ideas and materials or purchase from our inventory of turning blanks and our Lathe instructors will be there to help guide you along. We do not teach a formal curriculum during Open Lathe, however someone will be there if you have any questions or need assistance.

Prérequis : Prerequisite: You must have taken Intro to Wood Lathe Turning at DIYcave. Ages 13+ may take this class if a parent/guardian is registered and attends the class with them.
