Our Gold practice group is for our most advanced swimmers. Swimmers must be able to meet minimum practice set requirements. They understand and take responsibility for attendance and practice habits, and how these relate to meet performance.

Practices are as follows:

M- F: 4-6 pm (Fridays, starting Nov 6th)
