Description
FINAL COST includes tent rate as posted, plus fees (add 20%. plus a $5/reservation fee) plus HST. In the event of cancellation, tent rate will be credited to your account with us (no cash refunds). Fees are non-refundable.
Reserve the picnic area for your group event. Includes 3 large bbqs, shelter, counter space and picnic tables. (Guests may still be using the sink intermittently)

Suitable for groups up to about 65
Please clean the space when finished using soap and towels in kitchen
In consideration of other guests, noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm
