Description :
The relationship between mother and daughter is sacred, it evolves through phases in time like a flower. Join professional Yoga instructor mother-daughter duo, Julie and Bronwyn Lefebvre as they guide you through an all-levels heart-opening flow, inspired by the authentic and powerful bond between this dynamic pair.
The heart is our deepest source of love; where we connect to our truth. It is within our hearts that we create harmony and balance for all aspects of our lives. During this practice, we will honour ourselves and our mothers, by opening our hearts to connection.
Julie will guide the first half of the class, Bronwyn will flow into the second; delivering a full series of poses to open and touch the heart centre. Julie will then perform a meditative sound bath with singing bowls to bring practice to a close, resembling the vibrations of the heart.
This class is designed to celebrate the beautiful connection we all share. Open your mind, body and spirit in this all-levels 75 minute practice.
What to bring?: Bolsters, blankets, and blocks for comfort.
