Do you have a story for your children or grandchildren that you’ve always wanted to bring to life as a book?
Author and storyteller Timm Holmes will share his recipe for story creation and help get the words out of your head and onto paper. It’s the same simple to follow recipe that he uses with students across Ontario during workshop visits.
The editing process will be discussed both as a group and one on one.
Even if you’re a novice artist, Timm will also guide you through the process of adding illustrations to your work with graphite pencil, coloured pencil and crayons.
Timm’s four published picture books began as improvised bedtime stories.
He will walk you through the book publication process he used to make that happen.
Your book will be close to print ready in just ten weeks.
For an additional fee, Timm will be able to assist you with publishing your first copies of your book to share with family and friends.
