Develop fluidity, grace and strength in this low-impact activity that targets isolated muscle groups. It’s a great way to improve posture, flexibility, balance and grace. New and experienced dancers are welcome! This ancient form of dance which originated in Egypt has eveolved to take on many forms. We’ll capture the best!
No special costumes are needed but you’ll probably want to kit yourself out in order to make the most of your new skills.

Notes : If you are at all unwell, please do not attend GNAG activities. in the interest of protecting the health of the other participants and staff. Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate should a refund be approved. Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, PA Day programs, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds for tickets to our events. There will be no refunds after the program mid-point.
