Empower your child with essential self-defense skills, body awareness, and teamwork through our dynamic Kids Mixed Martial Arts Fitness Program. Designed for three age groups—mini (ages 5-8), juniors (ages 8-12), and seniors (ages 13+), this program offers a safe, supportive environment for learning striking and grappling techniques using pads and bags. We integrate the philosophies of boxing, kickboxing, and grappling (no sparring involved) to focus on skill development and personal growth. Each session includes yoga-inspired warmups, cooldowns, and fun activities like dodgeball, ensuring that fitness, confidence, discipline, and positive energy channeling are part of the experience. Attire and Equipment Requirements:
For comfort, please ensure your child wears breathable attire such as a rash guard, yoga pants/shorts, and a t-shirt. Longer shorts are ideal for ease of movement. Hydration is essential, so please pack water. Boxing gloves are required for safety and full participation. This ensures your child has a positive, engaging experience in every class.

Notes : If you are at all unwell, please do not attend GNAG activities. in the interest of protecting the health of the other participants and staff. Refunds, Credits and Transfers Notification required: Program/Class/Workshop requires at least 1 week's notice in advance of the start date and time. PA Day/camp requires at least 2 weeks' notice in advance of the start date and time. 1. Within notification period: Refund with 7% admin fee or credit on GNAG account with no fee. 2. Less than notification period: Refunds or credits on GNAG account will not be issued. 3. Change your mind? Notify us first! We can help. A transfer requires the same period of notification. Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate should a refund be approved. Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, PA Day programs, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds for tickets to our events. There will be no refunds after the program mid-point.
