Muay Thai is a style of kickboxing that is often referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” because it combines the use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. Almost all techniques in Muay Thai use the entire body movement, rotating the hip with each kick, punch, elbow and block. Participants will learn the techniques in a progressive and logical way. The focus is on basic fundamentals which emphasize proper stance, movement, punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes.
