Are you looking to get moving following the birth of your baby but don't know what's safe or where to start? We've got you covered. Our Mama Moves program offers six weeks of different fitness classes - from yoga to baby wearing dance and everything in between - designed especially for new mums. This class is BYOB (bring your own babe!) and offers a fun and low-pressure way to get out of the house, socialize, and see what Ottawa has to offer in the way of postpartum fitness options. Each fitness class is 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes to informally socialize with the group. This class is designed with non-mobile babies in mind and is best suited to mums who are between 6 weeks and 9 months postpartum.

Notes : If you are at all unwell, please do not attend GNAG activities. in the interest of protecting the health of the other participants and staff. Refunds, Credits and Transfers Notification required: Program/Class/Workshop requires at least 1 week's notice in advance of the start date and time. PA Day/camp requires at least 2 weeks' notice in advance of the start date and time. 1. Within notification period: Refund with 7% admin fee or credit on GNAG account with no fee. 2. Less than notification period: Refunds or credits on GNAG account will not be issued. 3. Change your mind? Notify us first! We can help. A transfer requires the same period of notification. Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate should a refund be approved. Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, PA Day programs, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds for tickets to our events. There will be no refunds after the program mid-point.
