Our qualified staff will pick your child up from the First Avenue school office and walk them to GNAG for their 4:00pm/4:15pm programs. Before class starts we will have a snack and have supervised free time.

Please note: Walkover and Safe Arrival will start on the first day of your child's associated course and follow that course's unique schedule. Register for the day and the activity that matches with the program your child is attending. It is up to you to track program dates to ensure your child attends walkover/safe arrival on their scheduled program days.

Notes : If you are at all unwell, please do not attend class in the interest of protecting the health of the other participants and staff. We have suspended our masking and vaccine requirements. We are prepared to reinstate them if we deem it necessary for the safety and health of our participants and volunteers. If you would like to discuss our Covid protocols, please email info@gnag.ca. Refunds, Credits and Transfers Notification required: At least 1 week’s notice in advance of the program / class / workshop start date. 1. Within notification period: Refund with 7% admin fee or credit on GNAG account with no fee. 2. Less than notification period: Refunds or credits on GNAG account will not be issued. 3. Change your mind? Notify us first! We can help. A transfer requires the same period of notification. Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate should a refund be approved. Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds for tickets to our events. There will be no refunds after the program mid-point. Please send a detailed email to info@gnag.ca or call us at 613-233-8713 if you would like a refund. Withdrawal because a client does not agree with our Covid protocols will still incur a 7% admin fee and will still require the above noted notification timeline.
