I understand that PARD prohibits offensive conduct; discrimination on the basis of gender, race, color, national origin, religion, or disability; and physical, emotional, or sexual harassment by participants, parents, guardians, or friends during transportation to or from PARD activities and while participating in PARD activities. I understand that engaging in such behavior may result in the removal of participant(s), me, my family members, or my friends from all PARD programs and facilities. PHOTOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER: I hereby give the City of Grapevine unlimited permission to use, for promotional purposes, any photographs of the participants that are made during transportation to or from PARD activities or while participating in PARD activities.
