Refund Policy: 
- The Heart of Riverdale reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient enrollment. If we cancel a class, fees are 100% refundable.
- Withdrawals made seven days or more prior to the first day of class will receive a 90% refund.  
- No refunds will be provided for withdrawal notices made less than seven days prior to the start of programming, unless the withdrawal is due to a family or medical emergency.  
- Students withdrawing for medical reasons, family emergencies, or relocation out of the territory may request a prorated refund for the remaining classes.  

Class Placement and Enrollment:  
- Classes and programs are assigned based on the student's school grade.  
- Year of birth determines eligibility for program registration.  

COMMITMENT EXPECTATIONS

To ensure a positive and fulfilling experience for all students, we ask for your commitment to the following guidelines:

1. No Early Pick-Up:
Students should not be picked up early from their scheduled arts classes, unless due to an emergency or pre-approved event. Conflicting extracurriculars like soccer or swimming do not qualify. We ask that you prioritize The Heart's programming.

2. Regular Attendance:
Attendance is crucial for your child’s progress and the success of the group. Absences should only occur due to illness or family vacations, with advance notice given to the program.
