Calling all nature enthusiasts! Join our Afternoon Ecology team and help young learners (ages 6-11) discover the incredible habitats of the San Francisco Bay. In this fun and hands-on role, you’ll assist with exciting activities like exploring marine life, creating cool crafts, reading nature-themed stories, and playing educational games. With three unique sessions throughout the year—fall, winter, and spring—you’ll help spark curiosity and wonder in our budding marine scientists.

Notes : Primary Responsibilities Assist our instructors in creating an unforgettable experience for kids. Set up and break down learning stations. Help kids safely explore and interact with marine animals. Get creative with arts and crafts, and join in fun educational games! Support with reading stories and guiding classroom activities. Help with supplies clean-up and ensure the program runs smoothly.

Prérequis : Commitment 5 weeks, Wednesdays from 1:30 - 3 PM. Requirements Minimum age: 14. Love working with kids, and don't mind getting your hands a little dirty! Strong communication skills, ability to follow directions, and teamwork. High level of maturity and accountability. Reliable transportation. Volunteers should coordinate their schedule with their guardian’s guidance.
