GROUP INDOOR SWIMMING:

REGISTRATION FOR THE 24/25 SEASON IS OPEN!! 

Swimming in a group not only gives you an extra push to get to the pool and train harder but also provides you with great feedback from our coaches on your stroke!

Add your Team Triumph Club membership to your cart first, click on your name and continue shopping. Choose your favourite swim time and location, click on your name and check out. THE SYSTEM WILL PRO RATE FROM THE DAY YOUR SWIMS START.

This season we have added up all of the swims from Sept to June incuding holidays and scheduled pool maintenance closures and we are offering monthly installments for all of our swims. Instead of having to pay for your swimming all upfront, our swims start at $60 per month. You can ALSO now add swimming on to your custom or group triathlon training plan at a discounted rate.

Payments are due the 25th of each month. If for example, your subscription comes into effect on Sep 16th, 18th or 20th, you will be charged for the services that occur between your start date in Sept and Sep 30th. The price of services that occur between these dates amounts to $30.00.

Starting Sep 25th, you’ll be charged monthly for the amount of $60.00 if you have regsitered for one swim a month.

Team Triumph is sanctioned by Triathlon Ontario as such for insurance purposes all particpants must be a current member of Team Triumph and Triathlon Ontario. Once you have registered with Team Triumph, you will get an email receipt with a link to register for Triathlon Ontario and receive our discount. GROUP OLYMPIC DISTANCE PROGRAM STARTS JUNE 16, 2025

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN! 

ON JUNE 16TH 2025, we will be starting our 10 week Olympic Distance Virtual Group Training Program to get your ready for the Somersault Canadian Triathlon or the Esprit Triathlon in September! The feedback from the past couple of years has been amazing. Not only are our athletes physcially well prepared to conquer their triathlons but the knowledge and confidence they have at the start line is awesome to see. We understand that triathlons can be intimidating but with this group triathlon program you will get everything you need including professional coaches and a supportive bunch of new friends to make the whole experience a blast!

Many of our members graduate and build up for the next distance so they can complete a Half Ironman the following season!

If you would like to try an Olympic Distance training plan on your own, we have that option as well under the Solo Beginner Triathlon Programs.

HALF IRONMAN COACHED GROUP PROGRAM

New Program starts Nov 1st, 2025

JOIN THE GROUP and train virtually for a Half Ironman towards the end of June. We will be targeting the training around the Half Ironman in Mt Tremblant, Muskoka or the Musselman would also work.  We want you to go into your Half Ironman not only with a big confident smile knowing that you have physically, mentally and nutritionally prepared for this event but also surrounded with a bunch of new friends and caring coaches.

JOIN THE GROUP and train for the Ottawa Ironman in August 3, 2025!!  This is the program you need if you want to be physically, mentally and nutritionally prepared for the event and as an added bonus also be surrounded with a bunch of new friends and caring coaches.

Program Includes:

1. Group recorded Zoom check-in calls with a triathlon education topic once per month.

2. Group training plan with your own personalised heart rate and pace training zones.

3. Strength training program.

4. Coach feedback on your training.

5. Access to weekly coached Zwift structured workouts programmed by coach.

6. Nutrition & hydration advice from our Registered Dietician Sports Nutritionist

7. Access to preferred pricing for our swim program.

8. $12/month Training Peaks Premium membership!

9. Access to the 70.3 program bi monthly recorded topics.

Cost: $145/month or $195/month if you would like access to all of our group swims.

Private Swimming/Cycling Lessons

Private swimming lessons are a great way to get started in the pool or make some technique tweaks to make you a more efficient swimmer. Sign up with one of our coaches for private lessons. We use Total Immersion swimming drills to help even the sinkers learn how to swim! Contact: info@pbest.ca to schedule your lesson.

SINGLE LESSON: Schedule your day/time with your coach FIRST by email or text and return here. To register for one lesson, click on Private Swim Lesson, click on drop-in and select your scheduled day on the eligible activities calendar. (don't worry about the time...software glitch)

MULTIPASS: If you want to purchase a multipass 5 swim lesson pack, click on the  "Multipass" tab above to get additional savings. Purchase the "Multipass" 5 lesson swim pack. Schedule your day/time with your coach FIRST by email or text and return here. Click on the mulitpass tab, eligible activities calendar and choose your day (don't worry about the time...software glitch)

GROUP INDOOR CYCLING CLUB

ON TRAINING PEAKS & ZWIFT (Last Class April 29, 2025)

Fall Program starts Nov 1st, 2025

Moveable weekly structured cycling workouts will be added to your training plan on Training Peaks coach account. The workouts automatically appear on your Zwift account with all of your pre programmed zones for your personal ability. You will also have the option to join any of the meet-up times below with a coach online or you can do them on your own. Every workout has programmed music available on Coach Julia's Apple music to keep you entertained.

The structured workouts are programmed to have you peaking in time for the triathlon & outdoor cycling season!

CUSTOMIZED INDIVIDUAL TRIATHLON COACHING

ON TRAINING PEAKS

We know that finishing your 1st Triathlon, Ironman or Marathon can be intimidating and confusing. Do you need some extra help from a certfied coach to make it to the finish line or achieve that personal best?

Leave the guesswork to our professional coaches who will plan how many times a week you need to do each sport, for how long and at what intensities. There are no cookie cutter training programs here. We review your schedule with you and make sure your training fits in with your work and family life. 

We offer monthly training plans for new triathletes to Ironman Kona qualifiers using Training Peaks to plan out your daily, weekly and monthly workouts and have you peaking in time for your A Race! 

After your initial assessment with your multisport coach, you will receive a plan geared towards your A race, a monthly program with individualized daily workouts, email support and your paces, cycling power and heart rates will all be tracked on Training Peaks and Strava. Depending on your plan, we will meet every 2 or 3 months online and reset training goals, racing goals and create a new training plan to move you ahead.

Whether you want to go to the wordl Championships for Ironman in Kona or complete your first triathlon, we have programs for everyone!

CONSULT WITH A TRIATHLON COACH

Spend an hour with a triathlon coach for an initial assessment, annual review or to ask questions about race preparation, training tips, review your race plans, get nutrition tips, bike shopping, open water swimming, cycling technique and set goals.

CONSULT WITH A SPORTS NUTRITIONIST

Angela Beare is a Registered Dietician Sports Nutritionist. She offers personalized sports nutrition consultations so you can plan your daily sports nutrition needs and create training and racing strategies around fuel and hydration. Angela is a bilingual Registered Dietitian, licensed with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and the Nova Scotia Dietetic Association. She is also a member of the Dietitians of Canada. Angela graduated from the University of Ottawa’s Honours Bachelor in Nutrition Sciences (2013), which includes both course work and a dietetic internship. Recently she graduated from the International Olympic Committee’s Diploma in Sports Nutrition, where she learned from the world’s leading experts in this field.
