ALL NEW PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE ENROLLMENT PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR SUMMER CAMP

Parents, the enrollment form should take about 25-30 minutes to complete and contains demographic information for your participant and emergency contacts, sections that will provide our staff a way to better work with your participants, and several waivers and forms. Please read and complete the entire form. All information will be held in the strictest confidence. 

Please be sure to have your payment information, your child's medical information, and your child's insurance information handy before you begin. 

Forms cannot be submitted without paying the non refundable $150 Enrollmeent Fee, the system will not allow you to regisiter until this completed.

 

YOUTH SUMMER CAMP PAYMENT POLICY 

Enrollment/Attendance:  

Weekly registration is required:  Enrollment for Summer 2026 will be for a full-time, weekly program, and tuition is billed at the full-time, weekly rate despite attendance. There is no reduction in tuition for scheduled closings, and credits are not given for absences, including those due to illness, inclement weather, or other conditions/circumstances beyond the control of The Exceptional Foundation. 

Half-day enrollment is not an option, but families have the option to set their weekly attendance schedule in a way that works best for their camper. Please consider our field trip/activity schedule when planning attendance and note that campers are required to participate in the field trip scheduled that day.  

Registration & Payments  

To register, you must pay the $150 one-time registration fee and the deposit fee of $50 per week you plan to reserve for your child. The weekly deposits will be applied to your total weekly fees. 

The remaining balance for each camp week will be charged to your account on Tuesday morning the week before the week you plan to attend.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel, you must cancel or change by the Monday before the week you reserved to not be charged for that week (at least one week in advance). The $150 registration fee and the $50 deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. To cancel/change a week, you must email  lcochran@exceptionalfoundation.org by 5:00 pm. on the Monday before that week. We must have this in writing. 

Late Pick Up Fee: Camp hours are from 7:50 am-5:30 pm each day, and failure to pick up on time will result in a late fee. A $25 late fee will apply for the first 10 minutes you are late for pick up after 5:30 pm. Late pickup beyond 10 minutes will result in an additional late fee of $1 per minute. 

Fieldtrips: There is no additional cost for summer camp field trips. All enrolled participants must attend field trips if they participate in camp that day. Please consider our field trip/activity schedule when planning. There is no drop off at the field trip venue or at The Exceptional Foundation for participants who arrive after participants have left on a field trip. All staff will be out of the building on their group’s field trip. You may drop off when the group returns.

The Exceptional Foundation will operate a secondary location at Hope Community Church in Crestline, approximately 10 minutes from the main site. Due to high demand for services, age groups with larger enrollments will be divided, with some attending the secondary location. This site will be fully staffed and managed by The Exceptional Foundation. Kids in the Red Group and kids who are aged 13-14 years old might be assigned to the secondary location. This will be announced after reviewing registration needs.
