⚽ Gala Soccer Foundations

Gala Soccer Foundations is a 12-week after-school soccer enrichment program designed to introduce students to the game in a fun, energetic, and engaging environment. During the first 12 weeks of the school year, students will participate in one-hour classes every Tuesday and Thursday, learning the basics of soccer through age-appropriate instruction, fun activities, skill-building drills, and interactive games.

The program is designed for beginners and students with limited soccer experience. Our coaches create an encouraging environment where students can learn at their own pace, stay active, build confidence, and develop a genuine love for the game.

What Students Will Learn

Students will be introduced to essential soccer fundamentals, including:

⚽ Ball control and dribbling
⚽ Passing and receiving
⚽ Footwork and coordination
⚽ Shooting and finishing
⚽ Basic defensive skills
⚽ Movement and positioning
⚽ Teamwork and sportsmanship

Every class combines instruction, movement, challenges, and games to keep students active and engaged while appropriately challenging their developing skills.
