Rooms: All rooms include heat, at least two beds, linens and towels, but rooms may not include elevator access, hair dryers, irons, refrigerators, microwaves, or televisions.  Please indicate if you have any mobility difficulties that might require you to be housed on a ground-level floor as not all our buildings have elevators.

Facility Information: Name tags will be provided to attendees and should be worn while on grounds as a measure of safety and security.  While cell phone service may be limited, free Wi-Fi is available on campus without a password.  For your comfort and safety, the following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, decorative lighting, and incense. Getting Here:  The YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly is located at 84 Blue Ridge Circle, Black Mountain, NC 28711.  The closest airport, about 45 minutes away, is the Asheville Regional Airport (61 Terminal Drive, Fletcher, NC 28732).  The next closest airport, less than 2 hours away, is the Greenville Spartanburg International Airport (2000 GSP Dr, Greer, SC 29651).  The third closest airport, about 2 hours away, is the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (5501 Josh Birmingham Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28208).   

Cancellation Policy: Payments are refundable if the reservation is canceled prior to Auguest 20th, 2026. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs.
