The Fall Festival is an annual gathering of retired Y directors and their spouses, who are members of the Weatherford Chapter of the National YMCA Alumni Association.

• Lodging registration includes lodging in Blue Ridge Center and meals on October 26th-28th.
• First meal is dinner on October 26th and last meal is breakfast on October 28th. 
• If reservations are cancelled prior to October 12th, deposits are refundable.
• Registration will close October 12th or when lodging spaces are full.

Accompaniment Policy

The Weatherford Chapter of Y Alumni wishes to encourage all members to participate in Chapter sponsored events and is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all participants and events.  In that regard and to ensure the smooth execution of our programs, we ask that members who utilize mobility or medical equipment, or who require personalized assistance, attend events with a designated Caregiver.

While Chapter members are available to assist, they are not trained or authorized to provide individualized medical or physical care. The Caregiver is responsible for the member's personal needs, including mobility, medical care, and emergency assistance. Caregivers must register to ensure proper planning but will not be required to pay register or program fees. Caregivers will be charged for meals and lodging as needed.
