Lodging

Hotel-Style Room
This package includes two or three nights in a hotel-style room, featuring either two queen beds or two double beds. Each room includes a private bathroom, heating, and air conditioning.

Economy Lodging

This package includes two or three nights in an economy lodging room. Rooms may feature a variety of bed types, including single beds, double beds, and bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Meals

The meal plan includes dinner on August 14, 2026, through lunch on August 16, 2026. All meals are served buffet-style in the Dining Hall located within the Blue Ridge Center.

Package Policy

Packages are offered at a fixed rate and cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or activities.

Rates and Payment Information

• All rates are listed per person.
• Commuter registration includes meals (excluding breakfast) and facility access fees.
• A minimum deposit of $100 is required for lodging packages.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration for commuter packages.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable for cancellations made prior to August 1, 2026.

Registration Deadline
Registration will close on August 1, 2026, or earlier if lodging reaches capacity.

Additional Information

Standard lodging packages run from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. While guest room checkout occurs Sunday morning, the Symposium continues through Sunday evening. Guests are welcome to store their belongings onsite and participate in scheduled activities after checkout.

An extended stay option is available for guests who wish to remain through Monday morning.
