For our Youth Programs:

We fully understand that my child(ren)'s participation is contingent upon full completion, agreement, payment, and submission of the forms listed in the program confirmation email by the listed date.
Rippleffect is not responsible for participant equipment or personal belongings while in transit or during a program.
Gratuities, in any form, for Rippleffect personnel, are prohibited. Parents are expected to adhere to this important policy.
Fees are based upon a timely payment schedule by our Rippleffect parents. Rippleffect reserves the right to charge up to 1.5% interest monthly on any unpaid balances after the payment due-date, and monthly thereafter until payment is complete.
No reduction, refund or allowance will be made for late arrival, dismissal or withdrawal of a participant, for any reason.
We agree to read the Rippleffect Parent Handbook for further information on Rippleffect policies, procedures and logistics.
We fully understand that Rippleffect reserves the right to dismiss, in its sole discretion, a participant whose condition, conduct, influence or behavior is deemed by Rippleffect unsatisfactory or detrimental to the best interest of Rippleffect or who violates Rippleffect's policies.

Refunds and Payment:

Rippleffect is not responsible for issuing refunds for missed days due to appointments, illnesses, or other reasons. Please see your child's specific program information to view the refund and cancellation policy.
