Important information
Weekend Water Warriors is a water safety program offered at no charge to participants. This introductory water safety course is intended for beginners who have never been swimming before or for those who are less confident in or around the water. Each lesson will include 35 minutes of in water safety lessons teaching skills such as floating, breath control, submerging, getting in and out the water and water confidence and 15 minutes of water safety education. Participants and their caregivers/parents will learn about water safety topics such as beach safety, home pool safety and hands on CPR.
Parents/caregivers are required to attend and stay for all lesson sessions.
High 5, Inc has partnered with Hillsborough County Childrens Board to offer this water safety program.
Your swimmer will receive an adorable "Swim for the Win" shirt.
