Description:

Please enroll in only one Ceramics Session- choose either morning or afternoon- due to popularity and space constrainsts, students must only choose one session.

Come grab some clay and learn to throw ceramic pieces on the wheel in our Ceramics Studio. Artists will learn the basics of wheel throwing such as centering, throwing, trimming, and glazing. Surface design techniques will also be discussed, and plenty of time given to help you create pottery that is unique to your style and taste! All materials provided.

Open for all levels: Beginner to Advanced--our instructors will work to meet you at your level!

Required age: 11 - 18 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Students should come ready in clothes that can get covered in wet clay, or glaze. Pieces will be fired and ready for pick up typically 2 weeks after the last class session - participants will be notified when they are ready.
