Kick off Earth Week with our community partners, including the Friends of the Ladd Arboretum, Ladd Arboretum Stewards, and Natural Habitat Evanston.

Enjoy a Native Plant Walk & Talk and Tree Identification Walk through the arboretum, plus a drop-in nature craft for kids. At 4 p.m., learn about lasagna composting and planting with Friends of the Ladd Arboretum, and from 4–7 p.m., pick up a free native whip (seedling) giveaway with Natural Habitat Evanston.

A great way for all ages to connect, learn, and celebrate the outdoors together.
