Intro to Woodworking will focus on developing skills for commonly used woodshop machines and tools to create a finished piece that utilizes only wood-to-wood glue joints. These skills will increase confidence in utilizing the planer, table saw, drill press, and router table as well as creating a competency on glue-ups and wood finishing.

Notes: Students should wear clothing that they won't mind getting dust and glue on. Closed toe shoes required, and hair should be worn up. PPE will be provided by Maker Playground.
