Train 6 days a week to compete in U23 or Senior categories at head races and regattas (2000 metre distance). Competitive rowers commit to a training program, workout sessions, and regattas. Members agree to assist at 3 bingos and contribute 30 volunteer hours to the ERC during the membership year.

Designed for those 18 and older looking for casual and fitness rowing under the guidance of a qualified coach.  We offer up to 5 coached sessions each week during the on-water season.  Indoor training is available year-round, with opportunities for coached or self-directed workouts. Sport rowers can compete in local regattas, participate in training camps, and enjoy occasional rowing tours in Alberta.

Prerequisite - Completion of a Learn to Row course.

Open to youth under 19.  Train throughout the year in one of 2 streams; Development and Performance. All athletes start out in Development but have an opportunity to join the other group based on the coach's recommendation. We offer afternoon sessions throughout the week for all Junior athletes and designated morning sessions for the Performance group. Depending on the time of year there are up to 6 coached workouts per week, but there is no expectation for rowers to attend every session. Athletes will have the opportunity to race at local, provincial, and potentially national regattas.

Members (parents or guardians of members under 18) commit to assisting at 3 bingos in the membership year. Members or their parents/guardians contribute 20 volunteer hours to ERC operations in the membership year.

Registration is open only to individuals awarded honourary lifetime membership in the ERC.  Life members who are actively rowing must purchase current memberships in RCA and ARA.  These association dues will be added to your shopping cart at checkout.

The club appreciates the continued volunteer contributions of life members at club events and bingos.

Coxswain only.  No rowing privileges.

This is a non-voting membership offered to anyone who wishes to support the ERC and keep up to date on our events and activities.
