Learn various dance styles, including classical, cultural, and creative movements set to music from the top of the charts from the past eight decades. Seated, standing, and modifications to suit all levels and abilities offered. Join us!

Required age: Over 17 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Participants are asked to wear comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing with long hair pulled away from face. No foot wear required. Free House Dance Plus does have mats and equipment available for use, but participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat if they would prefer.

Prerequisites: No experience necessary, all levels welcome!
