Description:
This beginner-friendly, open-level, light-hearted class will bring joy to your Fridays! Suitable for ALL levels. Variations will be made for all abilities including those who need to remain seated.

Required age: Over 17 years old on the day of the activity
Notes: Participants are asked to wear comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing with long hair pulled away from face. No foot wear required. Free House Dance Plus does have mats and equipment available for use, but participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat if they would prefer.
Prerequisites: No experience necessary, all levels welcome!
