Give back to YOUR community after the holidays before you go back to school. Lend a Helping Hand is a an exciting and empowering mini-camp designed for middle school aged kids who are eager to make a positive impact on their communities and gain life skills. This camp provides a unique opportunity for young individuals to explore the world of volunteerism, leadership, and personal growth while having a fun and enriching experience. Organizations include: South Suburban Humane Society, Cancer Support Center, and Respond Now

Price: $60.00 Taxes waived
Required age: 11 - 14 on the day of the activity
Notes: We'll meet at the Irwin Community Center every morning and take the mini bus to each location. Meeting back at the Irwin Community Center before 12:30pm. We will complete some projects in house and then travel to the organization. We'll provide small snacks each day. Please bring a refillable water bottle and wear closed toe shoes.
