Description:
Do you want to run the Hidden Gem half marathon but you don't know where to start training? Join the track workout group that will prepare you to run "The Gem" and meet some friends along the way. A certified running coach will work with you to get you in top shape for the race and give some tips for racing, warming up, and training consistently. No Class August 14th - Class will run on Tuesday, August 13th that week
