Vinyasa Yoga Drop-In

Join us every Friday afternoon for a welcoming Vinyasa Flow class at HSCA!

This 60-minute class is perfect for all experience levels, offering a mix of breathwork, meditation, and flowing yoga poses. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll find modifications for every pose to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Regular weekly practice can help improve flexibility and reduce stress, making it a great addition to your routine.

 

Meditation & Journaling Workshop's - STARTING MARCH 15TH, 2025

Join us mid-month on Saturday's for our Meditation & Journaling Workshop!

This 75-minute workshop focuses on balancing the seven energy centers (or chakras) in the body. A welcoming and inclusive environment where we intergrate meditation and journaling to enhance mindfulness and personal growth, offering a holistic approach to well-being. Please bring your own journal or use the pens and paper provided. All levels are welcome—come ready to relax, reflect, and rejuvenate!

 

Parking

All participant vehicles are free to park onsite during their registered program time. Vehicles must be removed after program completion. Parking passes can be purchased here, if wishing to park onsite after program has ended.
