Description: All levels and abilities are welcome to participate in this invigorating, instructional class. Gymnastics skills and general fitness will be included. After a group warm up, participants will be working at their own level of gymnastics on a variety of apparatus. Part of the program will be self directed to allow participants to work on specific goals.
