3. Fundraising
The TEIA Clubhouse Donations are used to improve and/or repair the physical buildings and grounds that are not covered in the annual budget to sustain and extend the viability of the facility.

The TEIA Trustee Fund is a separate reserve account established to ensure that financial resources are available to TEIA outside the annual budget process to sustain buildings/property during unexpected economic, environmental and climate related events.
