By entering, enrolling, or participating in any activity, training, event, or program operated by The Gala Empire LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Waiver of Liability
All participants and parents/guardians of minors have signed or are required to sign a Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement before taking part in any activity. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. The Gala Empire LLC, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of property occurring on the premises.
Media Release Notice
By entering this facility, you consent to photography, video, and media recording that may be used for marketing, training, or promotional purposes in accordance with The Gala Empire’s Social Media & Content Usage Agreement.
Registration & Attendance Policy
All athletes are required to comply with our Registration, Attendance, and Conduct Policies — including submitting academic report cards, wearing proper uniform, and maintaining respectful behavior toward staff and peers.
Repeated absences, misconduct, or noncompliance may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Annual Registration Fee
A $65 annual registration fee is required per athlete, renewing on the anniversary of their initial sign-up date. This fee supports system maintenance, profile updates, and opportunities shared with partner programs.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. All membership cancellations must be approved by an administrative supervisor. Refunds for unused sessions may be considered only upon written request and review.
Health & Safety Notice
All participants must disclose relevant health conditions prior to training. In case of emergency, The Gala Empire LLC staff reserves the right to seek appropriate medical care.
Assumption of Risk
By remaining on these premises, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury. Your presence signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Notice:
This facility operates under Florida law. Your continued participation or presence constitutes acknowledgment of this notice and agreement to all terms contained within the signed Gala Empire membership, waiver, and policy documents.
